Answers before you book
How far in advance should I book?
Reserve as early as you can, especially for airport trips, weekends, weddings and major Atlanta events. Same-day requests are accepted when a vehicle is available, and the booking system checks availability as you reserve.
Can I book airport transportation?
Yes. Executive Lane provides private pickup and drop-off for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, for both arrivals and departures. You enter your flight number and airport when you book.
How much luggage can I bring?
Each vehicle has a listed luggage capacity, shown when you choose your vehicle. Tell us your luggage in the booking so we can recommend the right vehicle for your party.
Are child seats available?
Yes. A child seat can be added to your reservation as an add-on, up to three seats, priced per seat. Select it during booking.
Can I make a round trip reservation?
Yes. You can book one way or round trip. A round trip reserves both legs of your journey.
Can I book hourly service?
Yes. Hourly, as-directed service is available for meetings, multiple stops, appointments and full-day itineraries. Your reserved time is held for you.
When will I be charged?
It depends on the service. Airport transfers and point-to-point trips are paid in full when you book. Hourly and wedding or special-event reservations take a deposit at booking, with the remaining balance charged automatically before your trip. If you book inside that window, the full amount is charged at booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Airport, point-to-point and hourly reservations can be canceled at least 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Weddings and special events require a 25% non-refundable deposit. See the full Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy for details.
How will I receive confirmation?
After you reserve, you receive an email confirmation with your reservation number and trip details, plus a receipt. For deposit bookings you also get a reminder before the balance is charged, with a secure link to view your reservation.
