Information you provide when you book
When you reserve a ride through our booking system, we collect the information needed to arrange and confirm your trip:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Pickup and destination information
- Flight number and airport, for airport reservations
- Any special instructions you add to your reservation
- Payment information, processed directly by our payment provider (see below)
How We Use It
How we use your information
We use the information above to schedule your chauffeur and vehicle, communicate with you about your reservation, process payment, and respond to questions you send us directly. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing purposes unless you separately ask us to.
Payment Processing
How payment is handled
Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Executive Lane LLC does not store your full card number; card details are entered and handled directly by Stripe’s secure systems. We retain a record of your reservation and payment status, such as amount charged and confirmation number, but not your complete card number.
Email Communications
Reservation and account emails
We send email messages related to your reservation, including confirmations, receipts, and reminders for any remaining balance. These emails are sent using our website’s email service. We do not share your email address with any third party for their own marketing.
Mapping & Routing
Google Maps, Places and Routes
Our booking system uses Google Maps, Places and Routes services to look up addresses, calculate driving distance and time, and help plan your pickup. To do this, the pickup and destination information you enter is sent to Google as part of that lookup. This use is governed by Google’s own privacy policy in addition to this one.
Website Logs & Cookies
Server logs and cookies
Like most websites, our server may automatically log basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and normal website operation. Our booking system also uses a small number of cookies that are necessary to complete a reservation securely.
Executive Lane LLC does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Necessary cookies or session technologies required for site and booking functionality may still be used.
Data Retention
How long information is kept
Executive Lane LLC retains personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and as required by applicable law.
Sharing Information
Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to provide your reservation: with Stripe to process payment, and with Google to plan routing, as described above. We do not share it with any other third party.
