Airport transportation FAQ
How far in advance should I book airport transportation?
Reserve as early as you can, especially for early-morning departures, holidays and busy travel weekends. Same-day requests are accepted when a vehicle is available.
What is Meet & Greet?
Meet & Greet is an optional add-on: instead of curbside pickup, your chauffeur waits inside the terminal, near baggage claim or arrivals, and helps you out to the vehicle. It is available for $25 and can be added when you book.
How much luggage can I bring?
The Escalade ESV has room for up to 6 bags. Tell us your luggage in the booking so the vehicle is ready for it.
Can I book a round trip for arrival and departure?
Yes. You can reserve your arrival and departure together as a round trip, or book each leg separately.
Do you track my flight automatically?
Not automatically. You provide your flight number and airport when you book so your pickup is planned around your scheduled time. If your flight is delayed, it is not automatically treated as a no-show as long as you gave accurate flight information and stay reachable, but please contact us directly as soon as you know so we can adjust the pickup.
What if I need to cancel?
Airport reservations can be canceled at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund; cancellations made after that are non-refundable. See the full Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy.
