How Executive Lane LLC collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website or make a reservation. This page describes our current practices in plain language; it is not legal advice.
Information We Collect
Information you provide when you book
When you reserve a ride through our booking system, we collect the information needed to arrange and confirm your trip:
- Your name, email address and mobile phone number
- Pickup and destination information
- Flight number and airport, for airport reservations
- Any special instructions you add to your reservation
- Payment information, processed directly by our payment provider (see below)
- If you choose to receive text messages, a record of that choice: the time you made it, the phone number it applies to, and the version of the consent wording you saw
How We Use It
How we use your information
We use the information above to schedule your chauffeur and vehicle, communicate with you about your reservation, process payment, and respond to questions you send us directly. We use your mobile phone number to reach you about your reservation by phone or email and, only if you opt in, by text message as described under Text Messages below. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing purposes unless you separately ask us to.
Payment Processing
How payment is handled
Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Executive Lane LLC does not store your full card number; card details are entered and handled directly by Stripe’s secure systems. We retain a record of your reservation and payment status, such as amount charged and confirmation number, but not your complete card number.
Email Communications
Reservation and account emails
We send email messages related to your reservation, including confirmations, receipts, and reminders for any remaining balance. These emails are sent using our website’s email service. We do not share your email address with any third party for their own marketing.
Text Messages
SMS/MMS text messages
Executive Lane LLC sends transportation-related text messages (SMS/MMS) only to customers who choose to receive them. On our booking form, you enter your mobile phone number and may select a separate, optional checkbox agreeing to receive text messages. The checkbox is never selected for you, and you can book a ride without selecting it.
If you opt in, we use your mobile phone number to send messages about your transportation booking: booking confirmations, pickup reminders, driver and vehicle information, trip-status updates, schedule changes, and customer-support replies. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
We store a record of your choice with your booking: that you opted in, the date and time, the phone number it applies to, and the version of the consent wording shown to you. This record is kept private and is used only to show that you agreed to receive messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Executive Lane LLC also does not rent mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent data, and does not share them with affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messages are delivered through a messaging service provider that acts only on our behalf to send them. Mapping & Routing
Google Maps, Places and Routes
Our booking system uses Google Maps, Places and Routes services to look up addresses, calculate driving distance and time, and help plan your pickup. To do this, the pickup and destination information you enter is sent to Google as part of that lookup. This use is governed by Google’s own privacy policy in addition to this one.
Website Logs & Cookies
Server logs and cookies
Like most websites, our server may automatically log basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and normal website operation. Our booking system also uses a small number of cookies that are necessary to complete a reservation securely.
Executive Lane LLC does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Necessary cookies or session technologies required for site and booking functionality may still be used.
Data Retention
How long information is kept
Executive Lane LLC retains personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and as required by applicable law.
Sharing Information
Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to provide your reservation: with Stripe to process payment, with Google to plan routing, and, if you opt in to text messages, with our messaging service provider so it can deliver those messages for us, as described above. We do not share it with any other third party. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
