Wedding transportation FAQ
How far in advance should we book wedding transportation?
Reserve as early as you can once your date and timeline are set. Weekends and peak wedding season fill first.
Can we book transportation for more than one part of the day?
Yes. Wedding transportation is booked as hourly service, so the vehicle and chauffeur can cover getting to the ceremony, between the ceremony and reception, or both, within your reserved time.
How many people fit in the vehicle?
The Escalade ESV seats up to 7 passengers, with room for up to 6 bags for anything the wedding party needs to bring along.
When will we be charged?
Wedding and special-event reservations take a 25% deposit at booking, with the remaining balance charged automatically before the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
The 25% booking deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 72 hours before your scheduled pickup, any amount paid above that deposit is refunded; cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. See the full Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy.
